ERR is now also using the telematics products from Intermodal Telematics (IMT). Through the cooperation with IMT, ERR is now adding further modern rail telematics and sensor technology to its range: the solar-powered communication and positioning terminal CLT20-Ex and the temperature sensor WT22-Ex.
The decision in favour of IMT’s high-quality solutions is based on a number of factors: safety, transparency and process automation. ERR has always strived to meet the diverse requirements and needs of its rail transport customers. This includes finding individual and custom-fit solutions for their customers’ rail transports – from designing wagons and offering flexible rental models to technical monitoring. With IMT technology, ERR is now taking a consistent next step towards digitalisation.
